MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22 nd July, 2013 S.O. 2272(E). - The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 749 (E) dated 18th April, 2011 , namely : In the said notification, the entries at Sl.
