Set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Villages Beharampur, Balola and Bandhwari, Tehsil –Sohna, District Gurgaon in the State of Haryana - S.O. 2131(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5 th July, 2013 S.O. 2131(E) WHEREAS, M/s. G.P. Realtors Private Limited had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Villages Beharampur, Balola and Bandhwari, Tehsil Sohna, District Gurgaon in the State of Haryana; AND WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006 , had notified the areas of 36,3744 hectares and 0.3919 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification numbers S.O. 3043(E) dated 24 th December, 2010 and S.O. 199(E) dated 31 st January, 2012 and de-notified an area 8.096 ha vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification number S.O. 1171(E) dated 25 April 2013 respectively; AND WHEREAS, M/s G.P. Realtors Private Limited, has now proposed for further denotification of 2.8630 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone. AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 2.8630 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 25.810 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely; - TABLE S.
