Amendment the notification Number S.O. 1883(E) dated the 6th November, 2007. - S. O. 60 (E) - Special Economic Zone

Ministry of Commerce and Industry Department of Commerce New Delhi Dated 09 January 2008 S. O. 60 (E) - The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number S.O. 1883(E) dated the 6th November, 2007 , thereby notifying the sector specific Special Economic Zone for textile and apparel sector at Chinthavaram Village, Chillakru Mandal, Nellore District in the State of Andhra Pradesh. In the Table given in the aforesaid notification, the following survey numbers shall be added at Serial numbers 57 to 59: Table S.
