The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 569(E) dated 27.02.2009 for inclusion of new members in SEEPZ SEZ Authority, namely :- In the said notification, the entries at SI No.5 6 which reads as under 5.
