Amendment in Notification No. S.O.1036(E) dated 31st March, 2014 - S.O.1637(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the13th April, 2018 S.O.1637(E). -The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O.1036(E) dated 31st March, 2014 , for inclusion of new members in SEEPZ SEZ Authority, namely: In the said notification, the entry at Sl.No. 5 and 6 shall be substituted as under: 1 [ 5 Sh.
