CORRIGENDUM DATED 10-9-2013 GSR 625(E) - In the Notification No. FEMA.237/2012-RB dated September 25, 2012 of the Reserve Bank of India, Foreign Exchange Department, Central Office, published in the Gazette of Government of India, Extraordinary- Part II, section 3, sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. No. 894 (E) of 2012 dated 17-12-2012 , (i) For the words, After Regulation (3) of the said Notification, the following Regulation shall be inserted, namely: , the words After paragraph (3) of the said Notification, the following paragraph shall be inserted, namely: shall be substituted.
