MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi. the 12th July, 2011 S.O. 1605 (E) - The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O.573(E), dated 27th February, 2009 , namely : In the said notification, the entries at Sl. Nos. 5 and 6 shall be substituted as under: 5. Sh. R. K. Shankar, M.D. Mercury Manufacturing Co. Ltd. 6. Sh. K. Shivachandra Reddy, Chief Executive, Vijay Garments Ltd. [F. NO. A. 20/1/2006-SEZ]
