MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 6th June, 2014 S.O. 1459(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby appoints the 6th day of June, 2014 as the date on which the provisions of sub-sections (2) and (3) of Section 74 of the said Act shall come into force.
