S.O.(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992 ) read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government, with immediate effect, hereby inserts a new entry at Sl. No. 31 A in Chapter 3 of Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classification of Export Import Items, as under: Chapter 3 Fish and Crustaceans, Molluscs and other Aquatic Invertebrates S.
