G.S.R. 172(E).-In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 6/2015 - Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 1st March, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 151(E), dated the 1^st March, 2015, in clause 8, in sub-clause (a), for “as the case may be” occurring towards the end , read “as the case may be.”.
