G.S.R. 173(E).-In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 8/2015 - Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 1st March, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 153(E), dated the 1st March, 2015, in clause 4, after sub-clause (c), in the Explanation, for “For the purposes of rule 11 and this rule”, read “For the purposes of rule 10 and this rule”.
