Notifies "The Institute of the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary Society No. 11" u/s 10(23C)(v) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.2095 DATED 7-7-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause ( v ) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies "The Institute of the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary Society No. 11", for the purpose of the said sub-clause for the assessment years 1985-86 to 1987-88.
