Notification regarding Project Approval Board - S.O. 3025(E) - Indian Law

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th December, 2012 S.O. 3025(E).- In exercise of powers conferred by section 14 of Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), read with sub-rule (2) of rule 10 of the Registration and Licensing of Industrial Undertakings, Rules, 1952, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development) number S.O. 163(E)/RLIU/10(2)/76 dated the 3rd March, 1976, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 4th March, 1976, namely:- In the said notification the heading Project Approval Board and entries thereunder shall be omitted.
