Amendment Newsprint Control Order, 2004, in the Schedule. - S.O. 114(E). - Indian Law

MINISTRY OFCOMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) (PAPER SECTION) ORDER New Delhi, the 6th January, 2009 S.O. 114(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18G of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Number S.O. 1105(E) dated the 11th October, 2004, namely in the said Order, in the Schedule, in paragraph 4 relating to Name of the Mill and Location, in, the entry, against serial number 14, for the words, M/s. Amrit Paper, Hoshiarpur, Punjab, the words M/s. ABC Paper Limited, Saila Khurd, Hoshiarpur, Punjab, shall be substituted. (F. No. 2(3)/2008-Paper] GOPAL KRISHNA, Jt. Secy . Note:- The principal order was published in the Gazette of India, vide No. S.
