Amendment to G.S.R.38( E) dated 19th January 2011 - - G.S.R. 563(E). - Companies Law

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th July, 2015 G.S.R. 563(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28A of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 38(E), dated the 19 th January, 2011. 2. In the said notification, against serial number (1) and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:- (1) Dr. (Smt.)
