In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Delhi Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act. 2001, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoint District Magistrate of Revenue Department, GNCT of Delhi, in their respective jurisdiction, as Competent Authority under Section 5 of the Delhi Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act, 2001 with immediate effect.
