Amendment to GSR 38 (E) dated 19th January, 2011 - F. No. l/15/2010-PI [G.S.R. 486(E)] - Companies Law

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21 st June, 2012 G.S.R. 486(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28A of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, number G.S.R. 38(E) dated the 19 th January, 2011. In the said notification, for serial number (1) and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely :- (1) Shri M.C. Joshi Former Chairman, CBDT C-1/79, Bapa Nagar, Zakir Hussain Marg, New Delhi- 110 001 -Chairman 2. This notification shall take effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. [F.
