MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) Notification No 327/2001 New Delhi, the 18 th October, 2001 S.O.1046(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (b) of the Explanation to section 35 AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961, (43 of 1961) , the Central Government on the recommendations of the National Committee hereby amends the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) number S.O. 602(E) dated 12 th August, 1993 , namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 12 relating to Helpage India, C-14, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi -110016, in column (4) relating to maximum amount of cost to be allowed as deduction under section 35AC , for the letters, figures and word, Rs. 2000.00 lakhs , the letters, figures and word Rs: 4000.00 lakhs shall be substituted.
