NOTIFICATION

The Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 73 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), hereby, appoints Sh. Madhu Sudan Wadhwa as Member (Judicial), Delhi Value Added Tax Appellate Tribunal, for a period of three years from the date of his joining. The appointment shall be subject to the final judgment of the Hon’ble Delhi high Court in W.P. (C) No. 2980 of 2013 filed by Sales Tax Bar Association (Regd.)
