Enforcement of Customs Act - 16/1963 - Customs -Tariff

Notification No. 16 Dated 23 rd January, 1963 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government hereby appoints the First day of February, 1963, as the date on which the said Act shall come in force.
