Baindur in Karnataka declared port for coastal trade - 77 - Customs -Tariff

Notification No. 77 Dated 23/07/1960 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Sea Customs Act, 1878(8 of 1878), as in force in India and as applied to the State of Pondicherry and in supersession of the Notification No. 164-Customs, dated the 17 th May, 1958, the Central Board of Revenue hereby declares the following places in the State of Mysore to be ports for carrying on of Coasting Trade with Customs ports and for no other purpose, namely : - District Name of the Port South Kanara Baindur
