Wharfage for loading of salt - 4/82 - Customs -Tariff

Notification No. 4/82 Dated 23/12/1982 By virtue of the powers vested in me under section 8(a) of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , I, B.V. Kumar, 1 [Commissioner of Customs] and Central Excise, Ahmedabad, hereby approve the wharfage detailed in Schedule below, as specified in Column 2 of the said Schedule, to be the place for loading and shipment of Salt only subject to the strict observance of relevant provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and other instructions issued by the Government of India from time to time and also determine the limits of such place as specified in column 5 of the said Schedule to which the provisions of the said Act shall apply : - SCHEDULE Sl.
