Area vulnerable to smuggling on west coast of India specified - 8 - Customs -Tariff

Notification No. 8 Dated 03/01/1969 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 11H of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government having regard to the vulnerability to smuggling of the area mentioned in the Schedule hereto annexed, hereby specifies the said area as specified area for the purposes of the said Act.
