Cameras, flash guns and colour films - 74 - Customs -Tariff

Notification No. 74 Dated 07/04/1969 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11N of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts photographic cameras, flash guns and colour films therefor notified under section 11-B of the said Act from the provisions of sub-section (6) of section 11-C of the said Act when the said photographic cameras, flash guns and colour films are taken from one place to another by a professional photographer in execution of an order placed with him by a client for taking photographs.
