Amendments in Notification No. 214 (E) dated 29th March, 1993 - S.O. 269(E) - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 9526 DATED 29-3-1994 S.O. 269(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) read with clause (b) of the Explanation to section 35AC of Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) , the Central Government, on the recommendations of National Committee, hereby amends the Notification of Government of India. Ministry of Finance, (Department of Revenue), Central Board of Direct Taxes, No. 214 (E) dated 29th March, 1993 published in GAZETTE OF INDIA; EXTRA-ORDINARY in Part II Section 3 Sub-section (ii) as follows, namely;- In the Table in the said notification, against serial number 1 relating to Krishnumurti Foundation India, 64-65, Greenways Road, Madras, in Column 3, for item (i), the following item shall be substituted, namely: - (i) Construction of road in rural area (1.25 KM) near Pune (Bhim Chas Kaman Lake residential school) likely to cost ₹ 21.59 lakhs.
