U/s 35 AC Income Tax Act – Amendment in Notification No. S.O, 267(E) dated 29th March, 1994 - S.O.195(E) - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION DATED 13-3-1995 S.O.195(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (b)of the explanation to section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) , the Central Government, on the recommendation of the National Committee, hereby amends the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) S.O, 267(E) dated 29th March, 1994 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, Sub-section (ii), as follows, namely : In the said notification - (a) in the table- (i) against serial number 9 in column 3 relating to the Project or Scheme and estimated cost thereof, for the letters figure on word Rs. 314.70 lakhs the letters, figures and word Rs. 800.00 lakhs shall be substituted; (ii) against sepal number 9, :in column 4, relating to the maximum cost for which a project or scheme is approved for the letters, figures and word Rs. 314.70 lakhs , the letters figures and word Rs. 800.00 lakhs shall be substituted.
