U/s 35 AC Income Tax Act – Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 740(E) dated 12th October, 1994 - S.O. 823(E) - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION NO. 9884 DATED 29-9-1995 S.O. 823(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with Clause (b) of the Explanation to section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) , the Central Government on the recommendations of the National Committee, hereby amends the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Finance, (Department of Revenue) S.O. 740(E) dated 12 th October, 1994 as follows, namely :- In the said notification, in the table against serial number 4 relating to Karnataka Badminton Association, in column (4) relating to the maximum cost for which a project or scheme is approved, for words and figures Rs. 100.00 lakhs , the words and figures Rs. 160.00 lakhs shall be substituted.
