U/s. 35AC, IT ACT, 1961 – Amendment in Notification No. S.O.193(E) dated 14th March, 1996 - S.O. 485(E) - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION No. 10142 New Delhi, the 5 th July, 1996 S.O. 485(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (b) of Explanation to section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) , the Central Government, on the recommendations of the National Committee, hereby amends the Notification of Government of India, Ministry of Finance, (Department of Revenue) S.O.193(E) dated 14 th March, 1996 as follows, namely:- In the said Notification, in the table against serial number 7 relating to Lai Bahadur Chand Munjal Charitable Trust, in column (4) relating to the maximum cost for which a project or scheme is approved, for words and figures Rs. 33.00 lakhs, the words and figures Rs. 52.61 lakhs , shall be substituted [F.
