Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 206(E) dated the 17th March, 1997 - S.O. 1147(E) - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION NO. 11133 New Delhi, the 18 November, 1999 S.O. 1147(E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (b) of the Explanation to section 35 AC of the Income-Tax Act. 1961 (41 of 1961), the Central Government on the recommendations of the National Committee hereby amends the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) numbers. S.O. 206(E) dated the 17 th March, 1997 as follows namely In the said notification, in the Table against serial numbers relating to Friendship Foundation Trust, Ahmedabad, Gujrat in column (4) relating to maximum amount of cost to be allowed as deduction under section 35 AC for words and figures Rs. 26.28 lakhs the words and figures Rs. 50.00 lakhs shall be substituted [F.
