Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority - M/s Bluebell India Traders, 12/190, Razia Manzil, Pazhuvil P.O., Thrissur - 58/2016 - Customs - Non Tariff

Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 58/ 2016-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi, the 27th April, 2016 S.O. 1557 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax, C.R. Building, Mananchira, Calicut to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on- (i) the Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Willingdon Island, Cochin ; (ii) the Commissioner of Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax, C.R. Building, Mananchira, Calicut, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice issued to M/s Bluebell India Traders, 12/190, Razia Manzil, Pazhuvil P.O., Thrissur and other issued vide, F.No. S.14/05/2015- R I Cus. dated the 15th October, 2015 by the Commissioner of Customs ( Preventive), Ernakulam.
