Government of Jammu and Kashmir Finance Department Civil Secretariat Srinagar, Notification Srinagar, the 8 th July, 2017 SRO 281.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 , the Government hereby appoint 8 th day of July as the date from which the said Act shall come into force.
