NOTIFICATION FINANCE DEPARTMENT Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar Dated 12 th July 2017 No. (GHN-59)GST-2017-S.99(1)-TH :- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 99 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Guj. 25 of 2017) , the Government of Gujarat hereby constitutes the Gujarat Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for Goods and Services Tax for hearing appeals against the advance ruling pronounced by the Advance Ruling Authority, consisting of (i) the Chief Commissioner of Central Tax as designated by the Board; and (ii) the Commissioner of State Tax.
