NOTIFICATION No. F-A-3-40/2017/1/V (64) Bhopal, dated --30 June, 2017 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax, 2017 (19 of 2017) , the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, namely :- AMENDMENTS 1. (1) These rules may be called the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2017. (2) They shall come into force on the 1st day of July, 2017.
