Corrigendum to Notification No. 01/2017-State Tax (Rate) 29th June, 2017, - S.O. 117. - Bihar SGST

The 19th July 2017 S.O. 117, dated the 19th July 2017- In notification number 1/2017 State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017, of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Bihar, published in the Gazette of Bihar, Extraordinary, vide S.O. 65, dated the 29th June, 2017 ,- (i) in Schedule I - 2.5%, in column (2) of serial number 180, for 30 read 30 or any Chapter ; (ii) in Schedule III - 9%, in column (3) of serial number 42, omit the words other than those ; (iii) in Schedule III - 9%, in column (3) of serial number 411, omit the words goggles and the like, corrective, protective or other . 2.
