Amendment in Notification No.35ST-2 dated 30.06.2017 - Regarding Bran, Citrus Fruit, Road Tractors & others. - 58/ST-2 - Haryana SGST

HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 17th July, 2017 No.58/ST-2 -- In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017) , the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, Notification No.35/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017 , namely:- Amendment In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, Notification No. 35/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017 ,- A. In Schedule I 2.5%, - (i) under column 3, against serial number 35, for the words and signs Coffee, whether or not roasted or decaffeinated , the words and signs Coffee roasted, whether or not decaffeinated shall be substituted; (ii) under column 1, 2 and 3, after serial number 103, the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be inserted, namely:- 103A 2302 Bran, sharps and other residues, whether or not in the form of pellets, derived from the sifting, milling or other working of cereals or of leguminous plants [other than aquatic feed including shrimp feed and prawn feed, poultry feed and cattle feed, including grass, hay and straw, supplement and husk of pulses, concentrates and additives, wheat bran and de-oiled cake] ; (iii) under column 2, against serial number 165, for the figures 2710 19 00 , the figures 2711 19 00 shall be substituted; (iv) under column 2, against serial number 234, for the figures and word 84 or 85 , the figures and word 84, 85 or 94 shall be substituted; B. In Schedule-II -- 6% (i) under column 1, 2 and 3, after serial number 16, the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be inserted, namely:- 16A 0805 Citrus fruit, such as Oranges, Mandarins (including tangerines and satsumas); clementines, wilkings and similar citrus hybrids, Grapefruit, including pomelos, Lemons (Citrus limon, Citrus limonum) and limes (Citrus aurantifolia, Citrus latifolia), dried ; (ii) under column 2, against serial number 47, for the figures 2202 90 10 , the figures 2202 99 10 shall be substituted; (iii) under column 2, against serial number 48, for the figures 2202 90 20 , the figures 2202 99 20 shall be substituted; (iv) under column 2, against serial number 49, for the figures 2202 90 90 , the figures 2202 99 90 shall be substituted; (v) under column 2, against serial number 50, for the figures 2202 90 30 , the figures 2202 99 30 shall be substituted; C. In Schedule-IV 14% - (i) under column 1, 2 and 3, after serial number 163, the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be inserted, namely:- 163A 8701 Road tractors for semi-trailers of engine capacity more than 1800 cc .
