GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE NOTIFICATION No. 1067-F.T., the 21st day of June, 2017.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Ordinance, 2017 (West Ben. Ord. No. II of 2017) , the Governor is pleased hereby to appoint the 22nd day of June, 2017, as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 10 , 22 , 23 , 24 , 25 , 26 , 27 , 28 , 29 , 30 , 139 , 146 and 164 of the said Ordinance shall come into force.
