Regarding Sections of Uttarakhand GST Act, will apply from 01.07.2017 - 510/2017 - Uttarakhand SGST

Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section 8 Notification No. 510/2017/9(120)/XXVII(8)/2017 Dehradun Dated 29/06/2017 WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; Now, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act no. 06 of 2017) , the Governor is pleased to allow to appoint the 1 st day of July, 2017 as the date from which the provisions of section 6 to section 9, section 11 to section 21, section 31 to section 41, section 42 except the proviso to sub-section (9) of section 42 , section 43 except the proviso to sub-section (9) of section 43 , section 44 to section 50, section 53 to section 138, section 140 to section 145, section 147 to section 163, section 165 to section 174 of the said Act shall come into force.
