In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) (as amended from time to time) read with paragraph 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-2020 , the Central Government hereby amends, with immediate effect, Para 2 of Notification No.78 (RE-2013)/2009-2014 dated 31.03.2014 , as amended from time to time. 2. In supersession of Notification No. 78 (RE-20 13)/2009-2014 dated 31.03.2014 , the following amendments are made, with immediate effect, against entry at Sl. No. 54, Chapter 07 of Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import Items 2012 : Sl. Regional Authorities (RAs) in Kolkata Patna and such other RAs as notified by DGFT from time to time will be the designated RAs for the purpose of such registration of quantity. 0713 31 00 Kg.
