Draft Notification regarding revision of fee/ user charges - F. No. 22(36)/2010-Expls - G.S.R. 405(E) - Indian Law

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th June, 2013 G.S.R. 405(E).- Whereas, the following draft rules to amend the Explosives Rules, 2008 is hereby published, as required by sub-section (1) of Section 18 of the Explosives Act, 1884 (4 of 1884) for information of the public likely to be affected thereby; and notice is hereby given that the said draft rules shall be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of forty five days, from the date on which copies of the Gazette of India in which the notification is published, are made available to the public. 2. Objections or suggestions, if any, to the proposals contained in the draft notifications may be addressed within the period so specified, to the Secretary of the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi-110011. 3. The objections and suggestions, which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft rules before the expiry of the period so specified, will be considered by the Central Government. DRAFT RULES (1) These rules may be called the Explosives (Amendments) Rules, 2013. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Gazette of India. 4. In the Explosives Rules, 2008 in Schedule IV, in part 2, for words beginning with A. Fees other than licence fees and ending with External Fire (Bonfire) Test 45,000 , the words Fee shall be as stipulated vide Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion s latest User Fee Notice (Explosives) shall be substituted.
