MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th December, 2017 S.O. 3864 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 410 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal and other Authorities (Qualifications, Experience and other Conditions of Service of Members) Rules, 2017, the Central Government hereby appoints Justice (Retd.) Shri A. I. S. Cheema as Judicial Member in the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal in level 17 in the Pay Matrix (Rs. 2,25,000/- fixed) with effect from the 11th September, 2017, for a period of three years or till he attains the age of sixty-seven years, whichever is earlier.
