Seeks to amend notification no. S.O 106-State Tax, dated the 20th October, 2017 - Va Kar/GST/07/2017- S.O. No. 134 - Jharkhand SGST

COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION 14th November, 2017 S.O. No. 134 - Dated - 14th November, 2017 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 read with section 168 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Department of Commercial Taxes S.O 106-State Tax, dated the 20th October, 2017, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, namely:- In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters the 15th day of November, 2017 , the words, figures and letters the 24thday of December, 2017 shall be substituted. 2.
