Central Government appoints Ms. Suman Saxena, as whole-time member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India - F. No. 30/2/2016-Insolvency Section(i) - S.O. 1571(E) - Insolvency and Bankruptcy

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th May, 2017 S.O. 1571(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016) , the Central Government hereby appoints Ms. Suman Saxena, as whole-time member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India on a salary admissible to an Additional Secretary to Government of India or on a consolidated salary of Rs. 3,75,000 (rupees three lakh seventy five thousand) per month with effect from the 22nd February, 2017 i.e., the date of assumption of the charge and up to the attainment of sixty-five years of age or until further orders, whichever is the earlier.
