Central Government appoints Dr. Navrang Saini, as whole-time member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India - F.No. 30/2/2016-Insolvency Section(ii) - S.O. 1572(E) - Insolvency and Bankruptcy

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th May, 2017 S.O. 1572(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016) , the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. Navrang Saini, as whole-time member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India on a salary admissible to an Additional Secretary to Government of India or on a consolidated salary of ₹ 3,75,000 (rupees three lakh seventy five thousand) per month with effect from the 31st March, 2017 i.e., the date of assumption of the charge for a period of five years or up to the attainment of sixty-five years of age or until further orders, whichever is the earlier.
