Notifies the date from which E-Way Bill Rules shall come into force - 25/2017 - Karnataka SGST

FINANCE SECRETARIAT NOTIFICATION (25/2017) No. FD 47 CSL 2017, Bengaluru, dated: 29.12.2017 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Karnataka Act 27 of 2017), the Government of Karnataka hereby appoints the 1st day of February, 2018 as the date from which the provisions of serial number 9 and 10 of notification (4-D/2017) No. FD 47 CSL 2017, dated the 30th August, 2017, published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, Part-IVA, number 849, dated the 30th August, 2017, shall come into force.
