GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB DEPARTMENT OF EXCISE AND TAXATION (EXCISE AND TAXATION-II BRANCH) NOTIFICATION The 7th December, 2017 No. S.O.106/PGSTR/2017/R.123/2017.- ln exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of Punjab Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab, is pleased to constitute a State Level Screening Committee on Anti-Profiteering which shall consist of the following officers, namely:- l. Sh. Kishori Lal, Commissioner, GST, Chandigarh, nominated by Chief Commissioner, CGST, Chandigarh Zone; and II. S. Gurtej Singh, Additional Commissioner of State Tax, nominated by the Commissioner of State Tax. M.P. SINGH, Additional Chief Secretary-cum- Financial Commissioner (Taxation) to Government of Punjab, Department of Excise and Taxation.
