Rescind the Notification No. 74/2017 –State Tax dated the 31st January, 2018 - 11/2018 - Delhi SGST

GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI FINANCE (REVENUE-1) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 11/2018- State Tax Delhi, the 1st March, 2018 No. F. 3 (96)/Fin (Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/115.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Delhi Act 03 of 2017), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby rescinds, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, the notification of the Government of Delhi in the Department of Finance (Revenue-1) No. 74/2017 State Tax dated the 31st January, 2018, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide No. F. 3 (81)/Fin(Rev.-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/58, dated the 31st January, 2018. 2.
