No. 13/2018-State Tax In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased hereby to rescind this Department Notification No. 120-F.T., dated the 24th January, 2018, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
