GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER TAX EXCISE ITANAGAR ---- NOTIFICATION The 18th December, 2017 No. GST/43/2017.- In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 96 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act 7 of 2017) (herein referred to as the said Act), the Governor is pleased to appoint Shri Anirudh S Singh, IRS, Commissioner of Tax Excise as a Member of the Arunachal Pradesh Authority for Advance Ruling under the said Act.
