NOTIFICATION Notification No. 13/2018-State Tax No. GST-1018/C.R.12/Taxation-1.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah. XLIII of 2017), the Government of Maharashtra, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the Notification of the Maharashtra Government, Finance Department, No. GST-1018/C.R. 12(3)/Taxation-1 (Notification No. 6/2018-State Tax), dated the 24th January 2018, published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extra-ordinary, Part IV-B No. 34, dated the 24th January 2018, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
