Ms. No. 10/2018-Puducherry GST (Rate) Puducherry, the 28 th March, 2018 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.6 of 2017), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Government of Puducherry, Commercial Taxes Secretariats notification issued vide G.O. Ms. No.8/2017-Puducherry GST (Rate), dated the 29 th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary, Part I, No.95, dated the 29 th June, 2017 and amended vide notification No.38/2017-Puducherry GST (Rate), dated the 24 th October, 2017, published in the Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary, Part I, No. 168, dated the 24 th October, 2017, namely:- In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words 31st day of March, 2018 , the figures, letters and 30 th day of June, 2018 shall be substituted.
